Dave brings over 30 years of technical expertise as a Saw Doctor and has built the business into a trusted name in the industry since 2003. He leads CWS Tasmania with a focus on precision, reliability, and practical solutions that reduce downtime and improve performance. His steady leadership and depth of experience provide a strong foundation for the business and the customers it supports.

Barb
Barb brings nearly two decades of executive experience to CWS. She strengthens the business across finance and operations, bringing a fresh perspective and renewed energy while supporting sustainable growth and strong customer outcomes. Barb also has a full-time role in the community health sector.
Finance & People
Liam joined CWS Tasmania in 2025, bringing trade-based skills and a strong work ethic to the workshop. With a family history in sawmilling and saw doctoring, he contributes to reliable workmanship while continuing to build his experience within the team. His goal is to develop a strong skill set across the trade and contribute to the long-term capability of the business.

He continues to play an important role in maintaining standards and supporting the overall capability of the business.
